Solterra began with Teresa and Steve asking a simple question: what if movement, recovery, skin and body care, hospitality, and community belonged together instead of living in separate appointments all over town?
The idea
Teresa loved the work. She wanted more from the space around it.
Pilates was already part of Teresa’s life. The method mattered, but the experience too often ended the moment class did. Solterra grew from the desire to create what came next.

Solterra combines a hospitality-led vision with the operational discipline required to make a complex club experience feel simple.
Teresa Powell
Teresa shapes the details that make a space feel different: warmth, design, service, community, and the feeling that wellness can be elevated without becoming intimidating.
Her experience in real estate, client relationships, design, and Pilates inspired a club that feels more complete than a traditional fitness studio.
Steve Powell
Steve brings the structure behind the vision: business ownership, finance, systems, construction coordination, technology, vendor relationships, and execution.
His work is largely behind the scenes so the member-facing experience can feel seamless, calm, and polished.
